Ask about muscles pain and ash. what is the solution? thanks
Dear Sir, Muscle pain and aches are very common. This occurs mainly due to overuse or misuse of your muscles. The management of such a problem is easy: apply warm compressors to the aching muscles, spread an antiinflammatory gel or gel that cause deep heat over the aching muscles. In severe cases, you can take an antiinfalmmatory medication or a muscle relaxant one in form of tablets. Avoiding situations that cause overuse or misuse of your muscles is the best way to prevent such pain. Thank you for your trust.

IN GENERAL,SOMEBODY WHO IS 175CM TALL,WHAT SHOULD BE HIS WEIGHT? THANKS.
Dear Sir There is an index that we calculate to know if someone's weight is within healthy limits or not. This is the BMI= weight in Kg divided by(height in meter)2. A BMI ranging from 20 up to 25 is considered normal. Yet, the best would be to reach a BMI between 20.5 and 21.5. In your case, the best weight is 63 - 66Kg. A weight up to 76Kg is acceptable. Thank you for your trust.
