Objectives
-
To improve personnel and common skills and motivate the staff to be more
productive.
-
To improve the professional autonomy for each staff in nursing department.
-
To have a part in changing the professional practice whenever needed.
-
Help to enlarge the health education in the community.
Function Description
-
Superior: nursing director Mrs. Maliha Jaroudi.

New educational committee of the staff development:
-
Maliha Jaroudi: nursing supervisor.
-
Huda Rawwas: in charge of cardiac unit.
-
Samiha Sleem: in charge of Aramoun center.
-
Imad Haddad: registered nurse in Tarik el Jadida center.
-
Linda Mezher: registered nurse in Tarik el Jadida center.
-
Rolla hajj: registered nurse in Tripoli center.
-
Subordinate: nursing team (RN's and PN's) .
Functions And Responsibilities
-
Organization, execution, control and evaluation of the nursing continuous
development program in Hariri foundation's medical and social centers.
-
To assess the nursing staff in accordance with the responsibility assigned.
-
To have orientation program to the new employee.
-
Continuous education programs to the nursing staff in order to improve the
nursing care quality.
-
To create and manage a nursing care protocol based on rules to be followed.
-
Preparation of a standardized nursing care manual protocol to all Hariri
foundation's medical and social centers.
-
Planning educational sessions concerning new procedures in nursing care and new
equipment.
-
To elaborate educational programs with our social workers for the community.
-
To plan regular control visits to all centers to evaluate the effect of the
continuous education regarding the practice.
Professional Relations
Our department deals with different services:
administrative, medical, and Para - medical of our foundation. Also it
deals with the department of continuous staff development of other medical and
social centers, hospitals and universities.
